Check first to see if anything is blocking the safety eye sensors on the bottom of the garage door track. If theirs something in the way, for example a trashcan, or a broom, or even spider webs, or as simple as a leaf, just remove it & door should close properly, now if you've done this but still not operating properly make sure that the safety eye sensors are aligned towards each other, you should have small indicator lights on each depending on the model to show you that they are on correctly. The key here is the opener light flashing then door won't close, however if the light not flashing could mean other issues, that could mean another simple fix to something more complex however either way just give us a call and we will be glad to answer all of your questions.

The industry says once every six months, however we recommend once a year, although every door is different and we do understand that life happens, and before you know it time has surpassed one to two or even 3 years, and unfortunately you now have other issues caused by not servicing in reasonable time, so let us just put you on a call ahead schedule, it's not a contract, it just says we will call you in one year to say it's time for that servicement. And unlike contracts you don't pay for anything upfront or even have to sign something saying that you are locked into a contract. It's just a courteous Call, to save you money and trouble from things going too long and breaking!
Yes! Absolutely! We have discounts for a variety of things such as active military discount, senior discounts, New customer and even repeat customers!
